Special Universal Orlando Pricing

As a registered attendant to the Teaching and Learning with AI conference, you can enjoy special pricing for tickets to Universal Orlando.

“Universal Orlando Resort is happy to offer a unique ticket link for convention attendees, and we are excited to be able to extend this benefit to you. Although most of the ticket products available via this ticket link are priced in alignment with our general online pricing, we are able to offer an exclusive specially priced After 4PM ticket during peak seasons. This ticket is specially designed for meeting attendees; please click on Full Details in the ticket store for more information. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

To pick up this specially priced After 4pm ticket after purchase, guests will need to present their conference badge and ID. Your conference badge will be available to pick up starting Monday, July 22nd. To obtain this ticket link, please email us at teachwithai@ucf.edu.

Note: for anyone not attending the conference, such as family members, you will have to purchase a different ticket, such as the 1Day-1 Park ticket. The After 4pm special ticket is only for attendees, as the name on the ticket has to match the conference badge.

Tickets can also be purchased the day of the conference depending on availability.

Airport Information

Map showing MCO to DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando

To get to Orlando by air, you will need to fly into MCO. It is located about 21 minutes from the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando.

From there, you can take the Florida Turnpike (includes tolls) by rental car or Uber to reach the hotel.

Hotel Information

For our conference, we recommend that our attendees stay onsite at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando.

A unique hotel booking rate of $143 is available for conference attendees. Be sure to book by April 29, 2025.

Please see the additional parking information below to help prepare for the conference:

  1. If you are staying overnight at the hotel, your room key will let you in and out of the parking lot. There is one main parking lot accessed by turning left just after the valet/drop-off area. When you arrive on the first day, take a ticket upon entry so you can park and check in, and later exit the parking lot with your room key (or, if needed, press the HELP button to say your room number and be let out). Do not pay manually on your way out of the lot ever! Your parking fee was attached to your room bill that you paid upon check-out.
  2. If you are driving in and out each day, take a ticket on your way into the parking lot. There is one main parking lot accessed by turning left just after the valet/drop-off area. Visit the valet or the bell desk before you walk to your car and request validation for our special $15 daily conference parking fee (per day). The ticket should now, upon exiting the lot with the car, only demand payment of $15 with your credit card.
  3. Valet parking is available, but they only accept cash.

Food

While lunch and breakfast will be served most days of the conference, you’ll also need to plan for dinner on your own!

Aside from the restaurants in the hotel, there are many places to eat in the Universal Orlando area, both around the hotel (i.e., Kobe Japanese Steakhouse, Miller’s Ale House, Burger King) and across the way at CityWalk.
