As an instructor, am I allowed to use in my classes?

Instructors at UCF can either assign content to students, or point them to the Online Training Library. Using the playlist feature, instructors can compile playlists of courses that they want their students to take, and then share those playlists with their students.

I am looking for specific content, how can I search for this?

Use the search box on the home page to search for specific courses. Click the link to the course you want to explore, and then read the title.
