Hello ,
In the move to remote and online instruction, a need has arisen for faculty who teach lab courses to reevaluate the delivery of their content and decide what modality or courseware works best. As we prepare to start the fall semester during this time of uncertainty, it is essential for faculty to have virtual lab options. Visible Body produces content, apps, and teaching/learning platforms featuring close to 8,000 3D human anatomy structures. They are used by 2,500 schools globally, including Harvard Medical School, have over 7 million application downloads, and produce content in 7 languages. The Pegasus Innovation Lab (iLab), at UCF's Center for Distributed Learning, has coordinated with Visible Body to provide a series of online demonstrations for faculty to view the apps and content of their courseware to decide if it would be useful in the development of course content for the upcoming semesters. Each demonstration will last approximately one hour and will be held virtually through Zoom. View the demonstration times to register through Eventbrite.
