Check Your Courses’ Eligibility in Affordability Counts
If Your Course Qualifies, Earn a Badge and be Recognized in the Statewide Program
As you’re preparing for the summer, don’t forget to register your eligible course materials with Affordability Counts, a statewide recognition program that acknowledges courses whose materials cost $20 or less per credit hour per semester.
Since 2016, UCF faculty members have saved students over $11 million in instructional materials and textbooks. This monumental feat was accomplished through programs like First Day, Open Educational Resources, Library-Sourced materials, and Affordability Counts.
Want to learn more about this program and see if you qualify?
Once you learn if your course qualifies for the program, you’ll receive a medallion to place on your course home page, syllabus, or wherever you choose. Your course will also be added to the list of statewide courses that save students money on the searchable website.
Faculty who receive an Affordability Counts badge will also be eligible for recognition at our annual AIM High event. If you want to see which faculty members were honored at the 2022 AIM High event, please go to our AIM High webpage!
