Hello , We continuously strive to improve the quality of the Webcourses@UCF Support services offered at the Center for Distributed Learning. Because of your responses last year, we added some changes to our services. Most notably, a dedicated phone line for faculty, increased support staff, and many improvements to our support workflow.
