Grading Tips
End of the Semester Grading Help
Some useful tips to get you through this crazy grading period at the end of the semester:
- Set a default grade of zero for all those missing assignments. This will get the students’ attention and ensure an accurate final grade.
- Look at the history of all Gradebook changes in your course using the Gradebook History page. Gradebook History is a read-only log that allows you to see who graded each artifact. Options are available to filter grading history by student, grader, artifact, and date.
- Export the grades from the Gradebook and download them as a CSV file. The Gradebook CSV assignment columns display in the same order as shown in the Gradebook for an individual user.

What's New with Webcourses@UCF
This weekend's update will include the following changes or new features:
Submission Feedback Indicator: In the Assignment Details page, the Show Rubric and View Feedback links now indicate when new comments have been added as an annotation or in a rubric. This change allows students to see when new comments have been added to an assignment submission. |
SpeedGrader: A word count will now appear for assignment text submissions in SpeedGrader. This change allows instructors to see the word count of student submissions while grading in SpeedGrader. |

Zoom Cloud Storage

Zoom has a limit on the amount of total video storage that can be used for Cloud Recordings, and videos are automatically deleted after 6 months. Download your Zoom recordings to OneDrive or Teams so you don't lose your videos.
