Check Your Course's Eligibility in Affordability Counts

We know you’re preparing for the winter break, but don’t forget to register your eligible course materials with Affordability Counts! 

Affordability Counts is a statewide recognition program that acknowledges courses whose materials cost $20 or less per credit hour per semester.  

Since 2016, UCF faculty members have saved students over $11 million in instructional materials and textbooks. This monumental feat was accomplished through programs like First Day, Open Educational Resources, Library-Sourced materials, and Affordability Counts. 

Want to learn more about this program and to see if you qualify? Check it out today! 

Once you learn if your course qualifies for the program, you’ll receive a medallion to place on your course home page, syllabus, or wherever you choose. Your course will also be added to the list of statewide courses that save students money on the searchable website.  

Faculty who receive an Affordability Counts badge will also be eligible for recognition in our annual AIM High event which will be held on February 16, 2022.
