The University of Central Florida is hosting the 6th Annual TOPkit Workshop to be held in a live, virtual format from Tuesday through Thursday, March 1-3, 2022. Join us as we Arise! Empower! Ignite! for new beginnings in faculty development. Consider submitting a proposal or encouraging a colleague to submit a proposal to present this year. The call for proposals (CFP) has been extended to Friday, November 12, 2021. - Ways the pandemic influenced the roles and work activities of multimedia specialists, instructional technologists, instructional designers, learning specialists, or administrators in online learning
- Adult learning principles applied in preparing faculty to teach online or hybrid courses
- Diversity, equity, inclusion in workshop design/development, instructional design consultations, or deploying learning technologies
- Faculty development for STEM course design/development, including virtual labs
- Phased or tiered approaches to faculty development programs
- Methods for collecting data to influence decision making about faculty development
- Reflections about professional learning communities, quality circles, book clubs, or group development
