In 2022, TOPkit presented a steady stream of quality content and resources on current and emerging issues in higher education faculty development. Our community has attracted visitors and web travelers accruing 56,790 resource interactions. The community impact is seen through the increased number of visitors and subscribers who support our ongoing engagement and help us to meet our goals of sharing quality content for our community. The TOPkit outreach team has increased our impact by sharing at conferences, symposia, and workshops and has helped to drive interest and increased awareness of the resources on our website, through TOPkit Workshops, and TOPkit Digest digital communications. Our TOPkit social media pages, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, expand our reach with differentiated content that exposes the community to a targeted audience of faculty development and support professionals.

Special thanks to our contributors who help us amplify the vision of TOPkit by sharing their intellect, creativity, and innovation through the creation of assets and stories for the community. 

While the TOPkit initiative is Florida funded and Florida focused, it is not Florida exclusive. Our colleagues around the world benefit from TOPkit resources. These are the top 20 of the 157 countries TOPkit reached in 2022 with associated interactions by percent.
