Our goal at the Center for Distributed Learning is to scaffold effective synchronous online teaching practices beyond what is feasible with the Zoom virtual meeting platform. This past spring and summer, groups of faculty examined two specialized synchronous teaching/learning platforms: Engageli and Class. Based on their feedback, we launched a mini pilot of these two platforms with select faculty members teaching “V Live” courses this fall. To complement this mini pilot and to gain a broader faculty perspective, we are hosting a series of three demos for each of these platforms. If you are interested in attending the demos, please register for any of the available time slots. These demos will also be recorded for future viewings if you are unable to attend the live session. Regardless of your attendance, you will have the opportunity to provide written feedback. |
