Webcourses@UCF Support has become aware that some students are encountering issues when using ProctorHub due to recent browser updates. To minimize student impact, the Center for Distributed Learning has pushed out a fix to address the issue. Students who have video issues can now clear their browser’s cache to correct the problem: https://cdl.ucf.edu/support/webcourses/browser/cache/
Students who need assistance with this process can contact Webcourses@UCF Support at 407-823-0407.
