Dear Faculty, As we near the end of the semester, it is important to archive Panopto content that you may need for future use. Summer 2020 Panopto recordings are scheduled to be removed on Monday, August 10th, to avoid any conflicts with the start of the Fall 2020 semester. Lectures will not be recoverable once removed. Please be aware that students completing a course late (Incomplete) will NOT have access to recorded lectures unless they have been archived. If you have recordings that you would like to save for later use, you may archive them in your private folder within Panopto. For assistance with this process, or to have a private folder created, please contact your college Panopto Administrator or send an email to the Faculty Multimedia Center (FMC@ucf.edu). For anyone who is new to Panopto or would simply like a refresher, we encourage you to enroll in Panopto Essentials, or to attend a virtual workshop hosted by the Office of Instructional Resources (OIR).
