2021 was a year unlike any we’ve experienced (even compared to 2020). But despite the unprecedented challenges, we rose above it all to strengthen our culture of innovation and improve the lives of UCF students and our community — by working together. Here Are Some Emerging Best Practices.” According to senior lecturer Paul J. Hutchinson from Boston University, there are four important lessons to be learned: - “Everything comes back to trust”
