"The DDL Mentoring Program was a great experience. I developed skills and knowledge in my areas of interest, became connected with colleagues within the division, and gained a new person in my support system who genuinely cares about my growth, personally and professionally." — Jennifer Gonzalez, Success Coach II, UCF Online Connect Center

The Next Program Launches in January.
We're recruiting mentees who seek to increase their skills and expertise, as well as mentors with a desire to lift others through thoughtful counsel and training. Mentoring partnerships can be highly beneficial and rewarding for both participants, but it takes commitment to make it work. To add flexibility to the program, we have identified four possible mentor-mentee relationships: - Traditional: Senior employees advise less-experienced employees
- Reverse mentoring: Less-experienced employees advise senior employees
- Career based: Emerging leaders explore career advancement
- Skill based: Employees gain new skills from subject matter experts
Why should you join the DDL Mentoring Program?
- Build relationships
- Increase knowledge
- Develop expertise
- Foster collaboration
- Expand network
Consider being a mentor, a mentee — or both. It is a great way to serve others, understand those in our division, and share your knowledge.
