The next evolution of our Hybrid Work Pilot — DDL Hybrid — blends the best of how we work remotely with how we engage most effectively face-to-face. Inspired by your feedback and the recommendations of the implementation team, our new schedule will launch when we return from the Independence Day holiday on July 5.
For those who will work remotely, starting July 5:
● You may choose to work on site as often as you want.
● We will continue to work remotely up to 3 days per week.
● Everyone will work remotely on Fridays (although there may be reasons for some to work on site Fridays).
● Everyone will work on site on Wednesdays.
● Everyone will work on site the first day of each new semester.
In the meantime, there are a few things you can do to prepare for the transition.
