Hello , We continuously strive to improve the quality of the Webcourses@UCF Support services offered at the Center for Distributed Learning. Because of your responses in the past, we made changes to our services along the way. Most notably, a dedicated phone line for faculty, increased support staff, and many improvements to our support workflow.
