Beginning Monday, May 8th, UCF will enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) within Webcourses@UCF. Like other applications requiring MFA, an extra layer of protection will be added to your Webcourses@UCF login process by requiring a second form of authentication, in addition to your regular login credentials. This means that after entering your username and password, you will be prompted to verify your identity through a second step, such as a text message, phone call, or authentication app, such as Duo. We understand that this may require some adjustments to your login routine, but we assure you that this change will greatly improve the security of our platform and provide a safer environment for everyone. Refer to the UCF IT Knowledge Base article "Webcourses MFA Enrollment and Sign-In Options" (KB0013963) for more information, and step-by-step instructions on setting up Duo.
