About This Session
This session will consist of a brief review of application requirements and a walkthrough of the submission process. Presenters will use the remainder of the session to address questions of potential applicants in real-time.
The Chuck D. Dziuban Award for Excellence in Online Teaching recognizes one UCF faculty member who has recently taught an exemplary online (W) course.
Each candidate:
must be the original creator of the course content for the course on which the submission is based.
must have a High Quality underway for the “W” course on which the submission is based. (Note: In 2020 and beyond, a High Quality designation will be a prerequisite for award consideration.)
must have taught at least one online (W) course within the previous three years.
must be on a 9- or 12-month full-time appointment (tenured, tenure-earning, or non-tenure-earning faculty member; all full-time faculty are eligible).
must not have received this same award within the previous three years.
