Below is a list of resources available for faculty members. Click the category above to jump directly to that section.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"alert alert-success\" role=\"alert\">In an effort to aid student learning during remote instruction, UCF has re-invested in a one-year subscription to <a href=\"https:\/\/guides.ucf.edu\/database\/JoveScienceEducation\">JoVE Science Education<\/a> for the 2021-2022 academic year. Visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/digitallearning.ucf.edu\/jove\/\">Getting Started with JoVE<\/a> page for more information.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Virtual Labs:<\/strong>&nbsp;In these labs, real experiments are virtualized or simulated and students can access them online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remote Labs:<\/strong>&nbsp;These types of labs enable faculty and students to access equipment and\/or computers via the internet to perform experiments and laboratory tasks without being in the physical lab space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UCF Apps: <\/strong>These apps allow access to desktop software that is typically available on campus computer labs or by purchasing and installing software on a student PC remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CECS Task Force Reports:&nbsp;<\/strong>The college established three task forces to study and prepare recommendations for instruction in Summer 2020 and beyond. The three areas were \u2013 Labs, Senior Design Courses and Innovative Remote Instruction (IRI).
